Art, golf and a flair for property

A visit to the Inmobiliaria Sa Coma office – which feels like an art gallery – and its owner, Rainer Alcón.

Art, golf and a flair for property

An office like a gallery

Walking into Inmobiliaria Sa Coma feels like entering an art gallery. The works are by Juan Alcón Agustín (who died in 2012), a Valencian painter and Rainer’s father, who came to Mallorca with his wife in 1968. His paintings attracted prominent collectors, including King Juan Carlos I.

“My father was not only creative, he was also extremely productive.”

Between art and business

Rainer Alcón inherited his father’s artistic talent and the business sense of his mother, Christine Günther, who founded the agency in 1988. In his workshop he creates sculptures and epoxy-resin lamps with wood, leaves and LED lighting.

“All that remains of a sale is a piece of paper – the contract. I miss something tangible, something made with my own hands.”

Fridays at 2.30 pm: golf

His second passion is golf. You can meet him almost any time – except Fridays at 2.30 pm, when he plays with friends.

Clients come first

The agency covers Mallorca’s east coast, from Colònia de Sant Pere to Cala d’Or, with a complete service: personal advice in five languages, commercial, legal and notarial support, professional photography and video, and virtual tours. As a member of AGORA MLS, it shares requests with partner agencies across Mallorca at no extra cost to the client.
