Property type

Bear in mind that Spanish banks usually lend up to 80% of the value, so you will need savings for the deposit and these costs.

Indicative, non-binding estimate based on Balearic Legislative Decree 1/2014 (as amended by Law 4/2026) and the official notary and land registry fee scales (RD 1426/1989 and RD 1427/1989). Notary and registry figures are approximate; the final amount depends on the length of the deed, copies and any charges on the property. Agency fees are assumed to be included in the purchase price.
